Vossen GEN-20 (3-Piece) is a forged three-piece wheel that addresses a design constraint monoblock forgings cannot solve: matching a 20-spoke radial face to deeply concave barrel profiles across a wide range of widths. Vossen's proprietary forging blank carries additional material on the face, enabling machined concavity on an 8.5-inch barrel that would normally require a 12.5-inch width to achieve. The result is a wheel that fits performance SUV arch proportions - wide rear barrels with specific offsets per axle - without requiring separate wheel models for front and rear positions.

Twenty symmetrical spokes extend outward from the hub in a radial pattern that fills the face with visual mass while retaining clean sight lines between each spoke. The three-piece barrel - face, inner barrel, and outer lip machined separately and bolted - allows the face position to shift in or out relative to the barrel, producing a stepped deep-dish profile visible clearly at the wheel arch. This adjustability distinguishes the GEN-20 (3-Piece) from the GEN-20 Monoblock: where the single-piece forging fixes spoke geometry and dish depth at machining time, the three-piece programme allows both parameters to be set independently at build time.

Center cap trim ring, nut, and center insert are each selected separately from four standard finishes - Gloss Black, Satin Black, Vossen Red, Gloss Clear - with no surcharge, or custom-powdered from the broader palette. Components can be delivered raw for third-party paint matching.
