Vossen HF6-2 is a flow-formed monoblock wheel built for the 6-lug truck and SUV market. Sharing the Hybrid Forged manufacturing process with the rest of the HF6 lineup, the HF6-2 combines a deep-concave profile with a distinctive multi-spoke design that scales proportionally on full-size platforms including the Chevrolet Silverado, Toyota Sequoia, Ram TRX, and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.

Vossen HF6-2 Design and Engineering: Deep-Concave Multi-Spoke Construction

The HF6-2 features a multi-spoke directional design with pronounced face depth that creates strong visual contrast between spoke and barrel. Each wheel begins as a cast aluminum blank that is flow-formed under hydraulic pressure, stretching and refining the aluminum grain structure for a stronger, lighter barrel construction. The result is performance-grade tensile strength that sets Hybrid Forged apart from standard cast alternatives, at a price point accessible for truck and SUV builds. Standard transparent finishes overlay the flow-formed surface to emphasize the machined spoke details, while custom program finishes allow further personalization.

Construction: Flow-formed monoblock. Material: Flow-formed aluminum alloy. Available in 20- to 24-inch diameters and 9.5- to 10-inch widths. Bolt patterns: 6x135, 6x139.7, and Blank configurations. Offsets: 20" at +15, 22" at +20, 24" at +25 for standard bolt patterns. Blank program: -8 to +30 across sizes. 11 standard finishes available. Custom sizing and offset programs available through the Vossen CNC program.

Vossen HF6-2 Available Finishes

The HF6-2 is offered in Tinted Gloss Black, Brushed Matte Black, Silver Polished, Tinted Matte Gunmetal, Satin Black, Gloss Black, Satin Silver, Satin Bronze, and Anthracite. The transparent finish range is designed for the Hybrid Forged surface, allowing the machined aluminum to show through the coating. Custom powder coat and painted finishes are available through the Vossen Custom Tailored Program for builds requiring a more specific color match.
