From factory-replacement 17-inch fitments to aggressive 26-inch custom builds, the HF6-4 serves both OEM-style replacements and performance-oriented upgrades within a single design family built on Vossen's Hybrid Forged manufacturing process.

Vossen HF6-4 Design and Engineering: Flow-Formed Construction for Maximum Size Range

The HF6-4 features a multi-spoke design with face depth that scales across its extensive diameter range, from the 17-inch base sizes through to the 26-inch upper limit. The flow-forming process stretches the barrel of each cast aluminum blank under hydraulic roller pressure, refining the aluminum grain structure and improving tensile strength throughout the barrel wall. The 6-lug blank configuration allows CNC machining to virtually any bolt pattern and center bore, extending the HF6-4 to platforms outside the standard 6x135 and 6x139.7 catalog sizes. The 22x12" wide-body option with a -44mm offset opens up aggressive stanced truck builds not possible with the standard catalog offsets.

The Terra Bronze option is unique within the HF6 lineup, providing a warm metallic tone suited to earth-toned and military-inspired truck builds. The standard transparent and matte finishes cover the full spectrum from aggressive blacked-out builds to clean polished aesthetics. Custom finishes are available through the Vossen program.
