Vossen HF6-5 is a flow-formed monoblock wheel that represents the newest design in the HF6 6-lug lineup. The HF6-5 distinguishes itself from earlier HF6 models through three available concavity profiles - Deep, Super Deep, and Ultra Deep - allowing fitment customization across the full range of 6-lug truck and performance SUV platforms. Each concavity level changes the face geometry and lip depth while maintaining the same design language, giving owners the ability to dial in the exact visual stance for their application.

Vossen HF6-5 Design and Engineering: Multi-Profile Flow-Formed Architecture

The HF6-5 employs the Hybrid Forged flow-forming process in which a cast aluminum blank is rotated against hydraulic rollers to compress and elongate the barrel section. This work-hardens the aluminum and refines the grain structure, resulting in improved tensile strength relative to standard cast production. The three-profile system means the HF6-5 can be specified for conservative daily-driver fitments at the Deep level, or for aggressive stanced builds at Ultra Deep where significant lip depth is required. Supported platforms include the Ford F-150 Raptor, Toyota Land Cruiser, Lexus GX550, and Ram 1500 TRX.

Vossen HF6-5 Available Finishes

The HF6-5 is offered in Tinted Gloss Black, Satin Black, Gloss Black, Matte Gunmetal, and Silver Polished. The concavity-focused design is well suited to the darker finishes such as Tinted Gloss Black and Matte Gunmetal, which emphasize the face depth and spoke geometry at higher concavity levels. The Silver Polished finish highlights the machined quality of the flow-formed aluminum across all three profile levels. Custom finishes are available through the Vossen Custom Tailored Program.
