Vossen HFX-1 (8-Lug) is a flow-formed hybrid forged monoblock wheel built for 8-lug trucks and heavy-duty SUVs. Part of Vossen's HFX Hybrid Forged series, the HFX-1 brings the design language of Vossen's forged lineup to a flow-formed construction - offering a stronger, lighter wheel at a price point below full forging. The 8-lug configuration covers the most common heavy-duty bolt patterns: 8x165.1, 8x170, and 8x180.

Design and Engineering

The HFX-1 features a clean multi-spoke face design available in Deep, Super Deep, and Ultra Deep concave profiles. The flow forming process begins with a cast wheel blank mounted to the forming drum. Hydraulic rollers apply heat and pressure to stretch the barrel, compressing and aligning the aluminum grain structure - producing a barrel with properties closer to a forged wheel than a standard cast one. The face is CNC-machined and finished at Vossen's production facility in Miami, Florida.

Available Finishes

The HFX-1 is available in Satin Black, Silver Polished, Tinted Gloss Black, Terra Bronze, Matte Gunmetal, and Gloss Black. Custom powder coat options from Vossen's full finish library are available to order. All finishes are applied at Vossen's facility in Miami, Florida, USA.
