Vossen HFX-5 (8-Lug) - Hybrid Forged Wheel for Trucks and Heavy-Duty SUVs

Derived from the Vossen LC3-04 and LCX-01 Forged Series

Vossen HFX-5 (8-Lug) is a flow-formed hybrid forged monoblock wheel engineered for 8-lug trucks and heavy-duty SUVs. The HFX-5 design is derived from Vossen's forged counterparts, the LC3-04 and LCX-01 - bringing the same spoke geometry and concave depth to a flow-formed construction that delivers greater strength and lower weight than standard casting, at a more accessible price point than full forging.

Design and Engineering

The HFX-5 is offered in Deep, Super Deep, and Ultra Deep concave profiles. The flow forming process applies hydraulic pressure and heat to a cast wheel blank, stretching the barrel and aligning the aluminum grain structure to produce barrel properties comparable to forged material. The face design is CNC-machined and finished at Vossen's production facility in Miami, Florida.

Available Finishes

The HFX-5 is available in Silver Polished, Satin Black, Terra Bronze, and Gloss Black. Additional custom finishes from Vossen's powder coat library are available to order. All finishing is completed at Vossen's Miami, Florida facility.

The HFX-5 (8-Lug) is designed for 8-lug trucks and heavy-duty SUVs including Ford F-250/F-350, RAM 2500/3500, Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500, GMC Sierra 2500/3500, Toyota Tundra, and similar platforms.
