Vossen VPS-4 is a forged monoblock wheel built around Vossen's Spoke Integrated Plate system - hardware that is machined directly into each spoke rather than sitting as a surface-mounted component. The result is a cleaner face and a stronger connection at the lug seat. Manufactured entirely in-house at Vossen's TUV-verified facility in Miami, Florida, the VPS-4 is part of the Precision Series for vehicles where build quality is non-negotiable.

Vossen VPS-4 Design and Engineering: Spoke Integrated Plate

Each spoke on the VPS-4 terminates at an integrated plate where the lug hardware sits flush with the spoke profile. This reduces the number of surface components on the face and shifts the hardware load directly into the spoke structure. Vossen's proprietary forging allows any concave depth from flat to super deep across widths from 8.5 to 13 inches. Custom bolt patterns, center bores, and offsets are precision-machined using data from over 100 reference points on each vehicle platform.

The VPS-4 is finished in Gloss Clear as standard, with access to Vossen's library of 48 finishes including Midnight Smoke, Dark Smoke, Gloss Black, Satin Black, Brickell Bronze, and 43 additional custom colours. All finishes are applied at Vossen's Miami facility.
