3SDM 1.441 CL Engineering

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 forged aluminium at 3SDM's UK facility, the 1.441 CL uses the same centre lock hub bore tolerance standard as the rest of the 3SDM CL range. The multi-element spoke geometry is finite-element validated per order - the interaction between primary and secondary spokes creates load paths that differ from simple radial spoke designs, and the FEA process accounts for these. Each set is built per specification, including diameter, width, and profile depth.

The 441 spoke arrangement creates visual layering that reads differently at different viewing angles - from straight on the primary elements dominate; from the side the secondary spokes fill the space between them.
