3SDM 1.INT - 1-Piece Forged Monoblock Wheel Available 15"–20"

3SDM 1.INT is a 1-piece forged monoblock wheel built at 3SDM's UK facility. The monoblock format eliminates the assembly joints of multi-piece construction, delivering a single-unit structure that is inherently stiffer and lighter than comparable cast alternatives at the same diameter and width.

3SDM 1.INT Engineering

The 1.INT is CNC-machined from a forged 6061-T6 aluminium billet, heat-treated and machined to final dimension in a single manufacturing sequence. The 1-piece process means every spoke, hub face, and barrel section comes from one piece of material - no hardware, no seams, no tolerance stack from assembly. Each set is built per order to the customer's specified diameter, width, PCD, and offset.

3SDM 1.INT Design

The 1.INT spoke arrangement prioritises open face geometry with clear sight lines to the brake hardware behind it. The design works across a wide range of finish options - from full polish to deep matte - because the face structure itself carries the visual weight without relying on surface treatment for interest.
