Every CS Series wheel goes through ADV.1's vehicle load-specific FEA simulation before a single component is machined, which means the wheel is optimised not for a generic load case but for the actual operating conditions of the customer's car. In-house machining, in-house engineering, in-house mill programming — ADV.1's Carson, California facility controls the full production sequence for every CS Series set.

 The ADV05 Architecture

The ADV05 is built on ADV.1's deep concave profile forging — a design developed specifically to achieve concave depths that standard monoblock and shallow 3-piece constructions cannot reach. The contoured spoke extension is the defining feature: instead of a face that transitions abruptly to the rim section, the ADV05's spokes follow the step lip surface in a continuous curve, creating a geometry that reads as a single resolved form rather than assembled components. Standard titanium hardware, backpad pocketing, and the sharp angular CS Series cut-outs are present across every ADV05 specification.
