ADV.1 manufactures its Track Spec CS Series wheels entirely in-house at its facility in Carson, California — from forging to final assembly. Every CS Series wheel is processed through ADV.1's FEA simulation programme, which calculates the optimal spoke geometry and material distribution for each vehicle's actual weight and load profile. The resulting wheels are not lighter versions of a standard design: they are a different design, arrived at through engineering rather than aesthetic preference. The CS designation indicates the highest-grade 3-piece construction in ADV.1's range — standard titanium hardware, aggressive backpad pocketing, and FEA-optimized spoke cut-outs as part of every specification.

 The ADV6 Design

The ADV6's six-spoke layout creates a face geometry that is visually uniform and radially balanced — each spoke channel is identical in width and angle, so the wheel reads cleanly from any point around the vehicle. CS Series cut-outs are positioned along each spoke's structural centerline, where FEA confirms the lowest load concentration, meaning the visual openness of the face and the structural optimisation are the same feature. The 3-piece construction — independently forged center disc, inner barrel, and outer rim — allows the ADV6 to be specified in any concave depth without modifying the face geometry.
