BBS CC-R Design and Engineering

The CC-R uses BBS flow-forming technology, where the rim barrel is pressure-formed over a mandrel at high speed, aligning the aluminium grain structure for increased tensile strength and reduced weight without compromise to structural integrity. The wheel features a multi-spoke design with a stainless steel rim protector, available in the original Standard format or the new Unlimited configuration that enables individual customization of center caps, rim protectors, wheel bolts, and valve caps for over 13,500 unique styling combinations.

BBS CC-R Technical Specifications

The BBS CC-R is manufactured using flow-forming technology from aluminium alloy and is available in diameters from 19- to 22-inch with widths from 8- to 10.5-inch. The Standard version offers 36 base configurations across 2 diameters and 6 widths. The Unlimited version expands this to 108 base configurations across 3 diameters and 9 widths, with a 5-bolt universal Unlimited mounting system compatible with almost any vehicle.
