HRE Performance Wheels 527 CRBN is a two-piece forged wheel from the 520 CRBN Series, featuring a distinctive center design machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum and joined to HRE's revolutionary CRBN carbon fiber barrel for maximum weight savings and performance.

HRE 527 CRBN Design and Engineering

The 527 CRBN brings a unique spoke layout from the 520 CRBN Series to life in a premium two-piece format. The forged aluminum center is precision-engineered in-house at HRE and offered in the brand's extensive custom finish library. HRE's CRBN barrel is formed via precision closed-mold Vacuum-Assisted Resin-Transfer Molding (VARTM), a manufacturing process that achieves exceptional strength-to-weight ratios not possible with traditional barrel production. Titanium hardware connects the two sections throughout, while embedded RFID chips provide lifetime traceability and enhanced service capabilities. Carbon seams have been fully removed from the visible lip and inner barrel for a clean, refined appearance.
