HRE C100 (3-Piece) — Series C1 Three-Piece Modular Forged Wheel

HRE C100 (3-Piece) extends the C100 design into a full three-component modular assembly, separating the forged face, the precision-machined outer barrel, and the machined inner barrel into three independently finished structural sections. The three-piece format is the highest specification offered within the Series C1 programme, providing finish independence across all three zones and the widest dimensional range for extreme offset and deep-dish configurations. Like all Series C1 wheels, the C100 (3-Piece) is a custom-manufactured product built to the confirmed specification of each vehicle order.

Three-Zone Construction and Structural Integration

The C100 face — identical to the face used in the 2-piece variant — is drop-forged from 6061-T6 aluminium billet. The outer and inner barrel components are precision-machined separately and assembled with the face using aerospace-grade fasteners at both the inner and outer bolt rings. This dual-ring assembly topology provides symmetric clamping across the barrel width and accommodates the higher moment loads associated with extreme-offset configurations. Titanium hardware replaces stainless at the bolt rings for builds where unsprung mass targets require reduction at the wheel periphery. Centerlock configurations are available for homologated motorsport applications.

Tri-Tone and Multi-Section Colour Programs

Independent finish specification across three zones is the primary advantage of the C100 (3-Piece) over the 2-piece variant. The face, outer barrel, and inner barrel each receive a separately nominated treatment from HRE's 70-option catalogue, which covers Gloss, Satin, Textured, Brushed, Stone, Frozen, and Polished categories across the full HRE colour range. A tri-tone build — three distinct treatments on one wheel assembly — is achievable only with the 3-piece architecture. Multi-section anodised and polished programs are accepted on request.
