HRE C105 (3-Piece) brings the C105 spoke architecture into a full three-component modular structure, adding a machined inner barrel section as a third independently specifiable zone. Where the 2-piece format supports two finish zones, the 3-piece construction adds a third: the inner barrel, which is independently finished and can carry a contrasting or complementary treatment from the outer barrel and the face. Every C105 (3-Piece) is manufactured to the submitted dimensional specification of the ordering vehicle at HRE's California production facility.

Three-Piece Structural Format and Dimensional Capability

The C105 face — the same forged 6061-T6 billet component found in the 2-piece variant — is mated to independently machined outer and inner barrel sections in the 3-piece assembly. Inner barrel width is set independently from outer barrel depth, allowing total wheel width and backspace to be adjusted to fitment specifications beyond the step range of a single-barrel assembly. The outer barrel carries the visible lip profile (Round Lip or Flange Lip) and its own colour designation. Inner and outer barrel bolt rings use stainless fasteners; titanium hardware is substitutable for weight-sensitive race programmes. Centerlock pattern drilling is available.

Finish Selection Across Three Zones

The 3-piece format opens multi-section color programs unavailable on the C105 (2-Piece). Face, outer barrel, and inner barrel each receive a separate nominated treatment from HRE's catalogue spanning Gloss, Satin, Textured, Brushed, Stone, Frozen, and Polished options across Black, Charcoal, Silver, White, Gold, Champagne, Bronze, Copper, Red, Blue, iLectric Blue, and Purple. Combined programs — such as a brushed face, polished inner barrel, and gloss outer barrel — are achievable within a single build. Non-catalogue colour matching is accepted on request.
