Iconic RAYS Performance, Refined

gramLIGHTS 57GR-X HD is a forged monoblock wheel from RAYS Japan, an evolution of the legendary 57 series. The HD designation marks enhanced design definition and material refinement, combining lightweight aluminum alloy construction with a dynamic spoke profile suited to both street and performance track use. Available in 17- to 18-inch diameters with two finish options.

gramLIGHTS 57GR-X HD Technical Specifications

Construction: Forged monoblock aluminum alloy. Diameter: 17- to 18-inch. Finishes: Z2 (Zircon Bronze 2-tone), Super Black (SB). RAYS LPS center cap compatible. Manufacturing: Made in Japan by RAYS. Certification: JWL and VIA certified.

gramLIGHTS 57GR-X HD Design

The 57GR-X HD inherits the aggressive 5-spoke geometry of the 57 series and refines it with sharper spoke edges and a more compact hub design. RAYS precision forging technology delivers a wheel that weighs significantly less than comparable cast alternatives while meeting strict structural requirements for performance driving.

gramLIGHTS 57GR-X HD Finish Options

Z2 (Zircon Bronze 2-tone) - a warm metallic bronze with contrasting machined surfaces, paired with a RAYS LPS Silver center cap. Super Black (SB) - a deep matte-gloss black for an understated aggressive look with RAYS LPS Black center cap. Both finishes are applied using RAYS Japan multi-stage process for lasting durability.
