The Mesh 8 Competition is defined by the geometry of its eight air channels - the open voids between adjacent spokes that are proportioned not for style alone but to maximise airflow across the brake assembly while maintaining structural span at each spoke-to-rim junction. The eight spokes cross at mid-face in a tight mesh intersection; each crossing node is milled as a load-transfer point, positioned to carry force from the center hub outward to the barrel without concentrating stress at any single location. The three-component build - forged center face, forged outer rim section, machined inner barrel - is manufactured independently and assembled to the customer's exact wheel arch clearance and caliper envelope.
