360 Forged Split 7 Competition Design and Engineering

The Split 7 Competition is constructed from a forged center face, a forged outer rim, and a precision-machined inner barrel assembled as a 3-piece unit to the customer's exact dimension. Seven split spokes - each spoke divided at the mid-point into two diverging profiles - create a face with a substantially greater apparent width than a conventional single-spoke design, filling the wheel face more completely while preserving an open, airy character between spoke groups. The split geometry reads differently at varying viewing angles, giving the wheel a dynamic visual quality that straight-spoke patterns do not offer. Hardware is available in exposed or hidden configurations, and lip style is selectable as flat or stepped.

All Competition Series wheels are DOT, SAE, and ISO fatigue certified; validated to 230 mph; 1,000-hour salt spray tested; and subject to a 20-point inspection before leaving the Miami facility. The 3-piece construction permits independent finish selection across three components - center face, outer lip, and inner barrel - enabling two-tone and three-tone schemes not achievable with a monoblock design. Catalog options include Gloss Black, Matte Black, Brushed Aluminum, Polished Aluminum, Gunmetal, and Bronze. The split spoke design lends itself particularly well to two-tone centre and lip combinations. Polished or Brushed Aluminum inner barrel is standard. PPG Liquid Paint and full custom colour-matching are available from the Miami facility.
