3SDM 1.41-R CL is a 1-piece forged monoblock wheel with a 4-spoke open design machined for centre lock hub fitment. The combination of a minimal spoke count and CL mounting creates maximum visual openness - the face is largely air, with four structural spokes carrying all load between the hub and barrel.

3SDM 1.41-R CL Engineering

The 1.41-R CL is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 forged aluminium at 3SDM's UK facility. The 4-spoke structure is finite-element optimised for the load cases specific to the customer's vehicle - the minimal spoke count means each individual spoke carries a higher load fraction, which requires precise geometry validation before machining. The R-profile concavity is set at the time of order to match the customer's fitment requirements.

Four wide spoke faces provide generous surface area for finish work - polished inserts, contrasting paint, or anodising read clearly at scale. The open face geometry between each spoke pair creates a deep visible pocket that highlights the brake hardware and hub hardware simultaneously.
