3SDM 3.01RS - Three-Piece Precision, Fully Built to Order

3SDM 3.01RS - 3-Piece Modular Forged Wheel Available in 13"–19" Diameters

3SDM 3.01RS is a 3-piece modular forged wheel built at the 3SDM facility in the UK. Each set is configured per order: diameter, width, PCD, offset, and hardware finish are specified at the time of build, which means no two sets leave the factory identical.

3SDM 3.01RS Engineering

The 3.01RS uses the same 3-piece modular build process as the full FR range - independently CNC-machined face, inner barrel, and outer rim assembled to precise concentricity tolerances. The face is forged from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium, and the hardware joining the components is available in Chrome, Black, Gold, Neo Chrome, or Titanium as a factory upgrade. Every finished set carries an authentication number machined into the back pad. Available sizes run from 13" to 19" diameter with widths up to 18" wide, accommodating everything from period-correct builds to extreme-width fitment.

3SDM 3.01RS Design

The 3.01RS spoke architecture delivers a clean, structured face that reads equally well in flat finish and polished two-tone configurations. The 3-piece modular format means the outboard face profile, barrel depth, and inboard structure are each optimised independently, producing a finished wheel that sits flush and fills the arch correctly rather than compromising one dimension to make another work.

3SDM 3.01RS Vehicle Fitment: Classic Builds, Period-Correct, High-Performance

The 3.01RS's starting size of 13" makes it one of the few current forged 3-piece options that works on period-correct and classic builds without adaptation. It covers the same diameter range as most performance-focused builds through 19".
