Where Flow-Forming Meets Integrated Design

Vossen Wheels has built its Hybrid Flow-Formed range around a simple idea: bring the design language of the brand's forged platforms to a wider audience without diluting the engineering. The HF-1 begins as a low-pressure casting, and the rim section is flow-formed to improve the aluminium's grain structure and produce a stronger, lighter barrel. The wheel is produced at Vossen's Miami facility, and the integrated hub design means it is ready for virtually any 5-lug bolt pattern and offset. Vossen develops this geometry in-house, and no third party has access to the tooling.

The HF-1 Design

The HF-1's defining feature is its integrated hub - a design that removes the visible centre cap and creates a cleaner transition from spoke to centre. The long, sleek spokes are machined with a subtle face that catches light without becoming busy. The wheel is available in diameters from 20 to 22 inches, with widths from 8.5 to 12 inches, and it supports Deep and Super Deep concave profiles.
