Some wheels create depth through their concave profile. The HF-3 creates it through the spoke itself. Its multi-layered, pocketed spokes remove material where it is not needed, creating a visual depth that changes as the light shifts across the face. It is born from Vossen's M-X2 forged platform, and it brings that level of design intelligence to the Hybrid Flow-Formed range.

Where Flow-Forming Meets Pocketed Design

Vossen Wheels manufactures the HF-3 using its Hybrid Flow-Formed process - a low-pressure casting that is subsequently flow-formed to improve the aluminium's grain structure and produce a stronger, lighter barrel. The wheel is produced at Vossen's Miami facility, and it is available in Gloss Graphite Polished and Double Tinted Gloss Black as standard finishes, with five custom finishes available. The robotic custom HF programme allows for personalised fitments for most 5-lug vehicles. Vossen develops this geometry in-house, and no third party has access to the tooling.

The HF-3 Design

The HF-3's defining feature is its pocketed spokes - a design that removes material from the spoke face without affecting structural rigidity. The result is a wheel that reads as lighter and more intricate than a solid-spoke design, while maintaining the strength required for performance use. The wheel is available in diameters from 19 to 24 inches, with widths from 8.5 to 12 inches, and it supports Deep and Super Deep concave profiles. It is a design that suits performance cars and SUVs where the wheel is expected to look engineered rather than merely styled - a BMW M5, an Audi RS6, or a Porsche 911.
