It is derived from Vossen's LC3-11 forged platform, and it brings that geometry to the Hybrid Flow-Formed range without losing what made the original compelling.

Where Hybrid Flow-Forming Earns Its Place

Vossen Wheels has built its reputation on in-house manufacturing and original design - the HF-9 is no exception. The wheel begins as a low-pressure casting, and the rim section is then flow-formed under pressure, a process that refines the aluminium's grain structure and produces a barrel that is stronger and lighter than a conventional casting. The result is a wheel with the structural integrity of a forged design at a price point that makes sense for daily-driven SUVs and trucks. Vossen develops this geometry in-house, and no third party has access to the tooling that produces it.

The HF-9 Design

The HF-9's defining feature is its full-face design - a pattern of broad, flat spokes that cover the centre of the wheel and create a floating centre cap effect. The robotic custom HF programme allows for personalised fitments and bolt patterns, specific to any 5-lug or 6-lug vehicle. The wheel is available in Silver Brushed and Gloss Black finishes, and its deep concave profile ensures it fills the wheel arch correctly on larger platforms. It is a design that suits luxury SUVs where the wheel is expected to look resolved rather than added.
