It is a hybrid flow-formed wheel manufactured for the truck and SUV market, and it takes its visual cues from Vossen's forged truck and SUV platforms.

Where Flow-Forming Meets Truck Engineering

Vossen Wheels has refined its flow-forming process over years of production, and the HFX-2 is a direct beneficiary. The wheel begins as a cast blank, which is mounted to a flow-forming drum and heated. Hydraulic rollers then stretch the barrel under pressure, compressing the material and improving the aluminium's grain structure. The result is a barrel that is stronger and lighter than a conventional casting - an important consideration on heavier vehicles where unsprung mass affects ride quality. The HFX-2 is available in 5 standard transparent finishes and 5 custom finishes, all produced at Vossen's Miami facility.

The HFX-2 Design

The HFX-2's defining feature is its multi-spoke pattern - a design that balances visual density with open space for brake cooling. It is available in three concave profiles: Super Deep, Deep, and Ultra Deep, allowing the wheel to be tuned to the stance of the individual vehicle. The robotic custom HF programme supports personalised fitments for 6-lug applications, and the wheel is offered in diameters from 17 to 24 inches. It is a design that suits trucks and SUVs where the wheel is expected to perform without looking aftermarket - a Toyota Tacoma, a Ford Ranger, or a Jeep Gladiator.
