The Mesh Design That Means Business

Mesh wheels have a long history in performance tuning - the pattern maximises brake cooling while creating a visually dense face that reads as purposeful. The HF-2 is Vossen's interpretation of that formula. It is a hybrid flow-formed wheel inspired by the S17-01 forged platform, and it brings an aggressive, mesh aesthetic to the 5-lug Hybrid Flow-Formed range.

Where Flow-Forming Meets Mesh Engineering

Vossen Wheels developed the HF-2 as part of its Hybrid Flow-Formed series, a line that uses flow-forming to cut weight and increase strength compared to conventional casting. The wheel begins as a low-pressure casting, and the rim section is flow-formed under heat and pressure, improving the aluminium's grain structure and producing a barrel that is stronger and lighter than a standard cast design. The HF-2 is available in Brushed Gloss Black and Tinted Matte Gunmetal as standard, with five custom finishes available. Vossen develops this geometry in-house, and no third party has access to the tooling.

The HF-2 Design

The HF-2's defining feature is its mesh pattern - a design that creates visual density and promotes airflow to the brake assembly. The wheel is available in diameters from 19 to 24 inches, with widths from 8.5 to 12 inches, and it supports Deep and Super Deep concave profiles. The robotic custom HF programme allows for personalised fitments and bolt patterns for most 5-lug vehicles. It is a design that suits performance cars where the wheel is expected to perform under load - a BMW M4, an Audi RS5, or a Mercedes-AMG C63.
