The FMR-X barrel joins the forged center of the S209 to a machined outer barrel unit, allowing independent finish specification on the center and barrel while maintaining the structural characteristics of a fully forged wheel program. The spoke surfaces of the S209 are CNC-machined through 360 degrees of the center section, with the complex curved geometry of each spoke element resolved consistently across all face angles and transitions. FMR-X lip profiles are offered in Round Lip and Flange Lip configurations: the Round Lip presents the broader highlight of traditional 3-piece modular lips, while the Flange Lip draws its proportions from motorsport barrel design for a narrower, more technical highlight. Assembly hardware is concealed within the barrel profile, preserving the visual continuity of the spokes and rim. The structure is OE TPMS compatible and SUV load-rated across 20- to 24-inch diameters.
