2Forge ZF2 is a flow-formed alloy wheel designed and manufactured at the 2Forge facility in Scotland. Drawing on over 40 years of fitment experience and JWL-VIA certification, the ZF2 delivers a balance of strength, weight reduction, and precise fitment for performance road and track applications.

2Forge ZF2 Design and Engineering: Stepped Lip Barrel and Ten-Spoke Identity

The ZF2 applies a classic directional ten-spoke architecture to the flow-formed monoblock format, with two refinements that set it apart visually from other designs in the range: a stepped lip barrel and an integrated 2Forge centre cap finished in red. The stepped lip - where the barrel transitions through a defined shoulder to the outer rim edge - adds a three-dimensional quality to the profile that flat-barrel designs cannot replicate, and which is visible from the road as the wheel rotates. The 2Forge motorsport logo in the centre cap is machined and finished separately, providing a focal point at the hub that reinforces the wheel's competition origins. Each ZF2 is individually flow-formed to the customer's vehicle specification, with the barrel produced through high-pressure roller forming that aligns the aluminium alloy grain structure for improved tensile strength at reduced wall thickness - a process that also informs the 9.8 kg starting weight.

Compatible with 4- and 5-stud bolt patterns across a wide range of PCDs including 5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120, and others. Custom sizes and offsets made to order.

The ZF2 is offered in two standard finishes: Matte Black and Gloss Silver. Both finishes are applied in-house at the 2Forge Scotland facility and are available across the full range of sizes and bolt pattern configurations.

The ZF2 has been fitted to a wide range of performance vehicles, including the Nissan GT-R, BMW M4, and Jaguar XE Project 8.
