An 18-Inch Flow-Formed Monoblock Trusted on Road and Track

The 2Forge ZF7 is an 18-inch flow-formed monoblock manufactured at the 2Forge Scotland facility, with a directional multi-spoke architecture developed around the specific stress demands of track and high-performance road applications. Four widths from 8 to 11 inches. Nine standard finishes in current production. Every ZF7 is machined to the customer's exact vehicle specification - PCD, offset, and hub bore are all confirmed and cut individually before the wheel ships.

2Forge ZF7 Design and Engineering: Track-Prepared Multi-Spoke Architecture

The ZF7 was developed around a specific brief for 18-inch track and performance applications, where the margin between a capable wheel and a limiting one can be decided by grams rather than kilograms. The directional multi-spoke face is optimised to manage the stress concentrations that develop under hard braking and cornering loads, with each spoke machined to a precise taper that distributes force outward from the hub toward the rim with minimal material waste. At 8.7 kg from the lightest specification, the ZF7 demonstrates what the flow-forming process can deliver: the barrel section is subjected to controlled mechanical deformation under heat, which refines the grain structure across the critical rim zone and produces the fatigue resistance required by drivers who use the road and track interchangeably.

Load certification: JWL and VIA compliant. Five-stud PCD coverage includes 5x98, 5x108, 5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120 and further patterns. Offset and hub bore are individually confirmed per customer vehicle at production.

2Forge ZF7 Available Finishes

The ZF7 is available in nine standard finishes: Matt Black, Gloss Gunmetal, Silver, Matt Bronze, Gloss Bronze, Matt Gold, Gold, Matt White, and White. All finishes are applied in-house at the 2Forge Scotland facility and are available across the full ZF7 size range. Custom colours are available on request.

The ZF7 has been fitted to the Toyota Supra, Toyota Yaris GR, Subaru Legacy, and BMW E46 M3, demonstrating its compatibility across both Japanese and European performance platforms. Its broad five-stud bolt pattern coverage and custom offset programme make it a natural choice for sport and performance vehicles in the 18-inch diameter range where a lightweight, flow-formed wheel is required.
